This notice explains how Hiring Group Limited (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information about clients, candidates and visitors to this website. We are the data controller for this information.

Information we collect
- Enquiries: the details you send through our form or by email or phone, such as your name, company, job title, email, phone number and information about a vacancy.
- Client contacts: business contact details of people we work with or may work with, such as name, company, job title, work email and phone number.
- Candidates: CVs and the information you share with us about your experience, skills, salary expectations, right to work and job preferences.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries and provide recruitment services. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
- To keep in touch with existing and potential clients about our recruitment services. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running and growing our business. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
- To match candidates with suitable roles and, with the candidate's agreement, share their details with prospective employers. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where needed, your consent.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only where needed: with prospective employers (for candidates, with their agreement), and with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider and our website host, Netlify, which also receives and delivers enquiries sent through our website form. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep client and candidate records for as long as they're useful for providing our services, and review them regularly. Candidate details are normally kept for up to two years after our last contact unless you ask us to keep them longer. Accounting records are kept for six years.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking for advertising or analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it (including any marketing), or receive a copy in a portable format. To do this, email is@hiringgroup.co.uk.
